Hizmet Şartları

Lavenya web sitesini kullanarak websitemizde yer alan tüm politikalarımızı ve aynı zamanda aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz:

  • Kullanım Koşulları: Web sitemizi yalnızca yasal amaçlarla kullanmayı ve hizmetlerimizi kesintiye uğratmayan veya engellemeyen herhangi bir faaliyette bulunmamayı kabul edersiniz. Web sitemizi kullanırken, diğer kullanıcıların haklarına saygı göstermeli ve yasaları ihlal eden veya uygunsuz içerik paylaşmamalısınız.
  • Fikri Mülkiyet: Web sitemizdeki tüm içerik, metin, grafik, logolar ve diğer materyaller Lavenya'nın mülkiyetindedir ve telif hakkı yasalarıyla korunmaktadır. Bu materyalleri izinsiz olarak kopyalamak, çoğaltmak veya dağıtmak yasaktır.
  • Hesap Güvenliği: Web sitemizde bir hesap oluşturduğunuzda, hesabınızın ve şifrenizin gizliliğini korumak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Hesabınızın yetkisiz kullanımı durumunda derhal bize bildirimde bulunmalısınız.
  • Satın Alma Koşulları: Web sitemizden yapılan tüm satın alımlar, ilgili ürün sayfasında belirtilen şartlara tabidir. Ürün fiyatları ve stok durumu önceden haber verilmeksizin değiştirilebilir. Siparişinizi tamamladıktan sonra, sipariş onayı e-postası alacaksınız. Siparişinizin durumu hakkında güncellemeleri takip edebilirsiniz. Ödeme yapılan ödeme altyapısı ve sanal pos alıcının kullandığı kart türüne bağlı olarak Lavenya'dan bağımsız olarak alıcıdan komisyon alabilir. Ödeme yapılan ödeme altyapısı ve sanal pos döviz bazlı ödeme alabilir.
  • İptal ve Değişiklikler: Siparişinizi iptal etmek veya değiştirmek isterseniz, mümkün olan en kısa sürede bizimle iletişime geçin. Siparişinizin işleme alınmasından sonra iptal veya değişiklik yapılması mümkün olmayabilir. İptal talepleri sipariş oluşturulduktan sonra 2 saat içinde iletilirse kabul edilir, aksi durumda siparişleriniz işleme alınmış varsayılır ve iptal işlemi kabul edilmez.
  • Sorumluluk Reddi: Web sitemizin kullanılmasından kaynaklanan herhangi bir zarardan Lavenya sorumlu tutulamaz. Web sitemiz, "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu gibi" sağlanır ve belirli bir amaca uygunluk veya ticari elverişlilik konusunda herhangi bir garanti vermez.

SMS Pazarlama Onayı:

Ödeme sayfasında Lavenya'nın SMS pazarlamasına onay vererek ve satın alma işlemi başlatarak ya da abonelik araçlarımız üzerinden abone olarak, siparişinize dair tekrarlayan SMS bildirimleri (terk edilmiş ödeme hatırlatmaları dahil), pazarlama teklifleri ve değerlendirme istekleri gibi işlem mesajları almayı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu, cep telefonu numaranız herhangi bir yerel veya ulusal “arama yapmayın” listesine kayıtlı olsa dahi geçerlidir. Mesaj sıklığı değişkenlik gösterebilir. Onay vermek, satın alma için bir ön koşul değildir.


Eğer SMS mesajları ve bildirimlerinden çıkmak isterseniz, tarafımızdan gönderilen herhangi bir mobil mesaja “STOP” yazarak yanıt verebilir veya size gönderdiğimiz mesajlardaki çıkış bağlantısını kullanabilirsiniz. Hizmeti yürütmek amacıyla kullandığımız herhangi bir telefon numarası veya kısa kodu değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır. Böyle bir değişiklik olduğunda sizi bilgilendireceğiz. Değiştirilen bir telefon numarasına veya kısa koda gönderdiğiniz mesajlar (STOP veya HELP talepleri dahil) tarafımıza ulaşmayabilir ve bu mesajlardaki taleplerin yerine getirilmemesinden sorumlu tutulamayız.


Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, bu hizmet üzerinden gönderilen bilgilerin ulaştırılamaması, gecikmesi veya yanlış yönlendirilmesi ya da bu bilgilerin içerdiği hatalar nedeniyle ve/veya bu bilgilere veya hizmete dayanarak alabileceğiniz ya da alamayacağınız herhangi bir aksiyondan dolayı sorumlu olmadığımızı kabul edersiniz.

  • Purchase Terms: All purchases made through our website are subject to the terms specified on the respective product page. Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can track updates regarding the status of your order. 

    The payment infrastructure and virtual POS used for the transaction may process payments in foreign currency.

  • Cancellations and Changes: If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, it may no longer be possible to make changes or cancel it.
  • Disclaimer of Liability: Lavenya shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of our website. The website is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

By consenting to Lavenya's SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.


If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within our messages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
